My Account
How do I create an account?
Tibles Apps are available in the App Store and via Web. Simply visit the links above and sign in with email, Google, or Apple. Then choose your username. Tibles accounts are single-signon, so you can use the same login in each app.
NOTE: When signing up for a Tibles Account via email, use an email you will always have access to. Seriously. Don't use a work, school, or fake email. Accounts are not recoverable without access to the email used to sign up.
What if I forget my password?
At login, request the password reset link. It will go to the email you used to sign up. Ya know. The email you created that you will always have access to that is NOT your work, school, or fake.
What if I create two accounts for different Tibles apps?
Not to worry! It is ok to have different accounts in different apps, but we are unable to combine them into one. So, when joining new Tibles apps, be sure to log in with the same account to keep everything under one umbrella.
Can I change my username?
Not without the assistance of an amazing Tibles team memeber.Contact support if you absolutely have to change at your username.
Getting Started
Profile and Room
Choose a profile pic and tell the community a little bit about yourself in your blurb. If you suddenly notice your PFP or blurb are missing, it's because it was moderated. Don't get moderated. Choose pics & language that adhere to our community guidelines.
Same goes for your username. Choose wisely. FYI impersonation is a violation of community rules. Accounts that pose as another person, brand, or organization in a confusing or deceptive manner will be moderated. Perhaps permanently.
From your Room, you can also add collected items to your Wall to decorate, as well as create Stacks to show off and organize your Collection. View your Friends List from here and add new Friends. From Your Room, you can also update your privacy settings by clicking on the Cog (Settings) icon on the upper right corner of the screen. Find Support, Account ino, and Privacy Settings here, too.
Clubhouse
Look for important Events, News, Chats, and Friends list here. The home button will take you to the Clubhouse overview where you can see Help Articles, Active Events, Chats, Latest News, Social Links, and new members. Hop into a chat for help or just to hang out. You can start a private chat or group chat by tapping on the + icon at the top right of the Chat tab.
NOTE: Events, chats, friends, and screen recording are currently available on mobile app only.
Trading
If you didn't get the item you had your heart set on in a pack, you can try to trade for it! From the Trading tab, you can view any active trades, items other collectors are trading away or looking for, and you can post items you'd like to trade away. If you are looking for a specific item, from the Shop view you can create a post to request a trade for it by tapping on the item > the 3 dots > trade. You can also start a trade with a friend by hitting the + at the top right of the Trading screen. Add and offer items and make your offer. You can even chat with the other collector during a trade with the message button at the top center between your profile pics.
Gifting
There are a few ways to give a gift. You can do it straight from your collection by tapping on any item and then tapping on the 3 dots on the top right side of the screen. You can gift straight from a chat or from a friend's profile. In fact, anywhere you see the little gift icon, you can tap on it, choose an item and gift it!
Stacks
Stacks are a way to organize your collection, for example, you can call a Stack "My Favs" or "For trade" and put all your items in that stack. It's also a way to personalize your room and show off your stuff!
How can I see my purchase history?
Go to My Room and tap the cog icon at the top right for Settings. Purchase History is in the top Account section. You can tap on a line to see what was in each pack.
Marketplace
How do I get started using the Marketplace?
A few things first:
- The Marketplace is optimized for desktop and works best on Google Chrome.
- The Marketplace works by connecting your Dapper Wallet to your Tibles Wallet. Why did we choose to integrate with the Dapper Wallet? Because it is secure, well-tested, and opens up other ecosystems on the Flow blockchain. This has some great benefits, but also limitations.
Benefits:
- If you have a Dapper balance, you can use it on purchases.
- The Dapper wallet has been used and tested more than any on Flow.
- Dapper allows withdrawals and handles all the legal/compliance work.
Limitations:
- If you do not have a Dapper wallet, you will need to create one (this is super easy, though, not to worry!).
- Tibles apps are available in a few countries where the Dapper wallet is not supported.
- The user experience has a few more steps than if everything was handled through Tibles alone.
- Why not do everything through Tibles alone? The short answer is a mix of compliance/regulations and wanting to tap into the utility of the Dapper wallet in the Flow ecosystem.
Ok. To the actual getting started part:
- Use Chrome and make sure your browser window is fully expanded.
- Visit one of the Web apps from the links above and sign in.
- You'll land in your Room where you can view your Profile, Wall, and Stacks.
- Tap Collection in the left side navigation to view your collection.
- Tap the settings (gear) icon at top right and connect your Dapper Wallet.
- Once you do, you're ready to start buying and selling!
- Tap Marketplace to shop and tap Collection to select any one of your items to sell.
What is the Marketplace?
Packs sold out? Didn't pull everything you wanted? Just want to do a little shopping? Or maybe you want to slim down your collection and sell some items? The Marketplace is THE place for you!
Why isn't the Marketplace in the app?
The Marketplace is a separate web exeperience because Apple does not allow these sales in the app.
How do I create a listing?
Select an item from your Collection and tap "Sell." If this is your first listing on the Marketplace or you haven't done this from Settings already, it will prompt you to add a Dapper wallet via the Dapper login screen. If you do not have an existing Dapper account, you can create one at this point. Then your account needs to be configured to accept Tibles. Just follow the prompts. Super easy, we promise.
Once your Dapper and Tibles accounts are connected, you can configure the listing and, once it's finished writing to blockchain, it will appear in the Marketplace.
Behind the scenes, a couple things are happening. First the Tibles NFT is transferred into your Dapper account. Then the listing is created in your Dapper account (a signed transaction). The Tibles off-chain servers are notified when the listing is ready and store details about it in a fast, searchable format. That's when the item appears in the Marketplace.
How do I buy some?
When you buy an item, you authorize the purchase with your Dapper credentials the same as when you create a listing. After payment, the Tibles NFT is transferred from the seller's Dapper account to your Dapper account.
There is a 2.5% marketplace+IP fee taken from the sale price.
What is the difference between my Tibles account and Dapper Wallet account?
There are important limitations on Tibles NFTs that are in Dapper accounts vs Tibles accounts:
- Tibles NFTs in your Dapper account cannot be gifted or traded. These features are supported only by Tibles accounts. You have to transfer Tibles NFTs back to your Tibles account to trade or gift them.
- Although you cannot gift or trade items that are in your Dapper account, you can still see them in your Collection, put them on your Wall, add them to Stacks, and list them in the Marketplace.
Why is there an extra fee when I use my credit card?
Industry-standard processing fees for credit card transactions may be applied to purchases. This fee will be clearly outlined on your checkout screen.
Please see additional details from Dapper Support here:https://support.meetdapper.com
Oh no! I posted an item for the wrong amount!
If you list an item for the wrong price or just want to change it, you'll need to remove the listing and repost.
If the item has been purchased, the sale is final and cannot be reversed.
Can you undo a sale?
Short answer, no.
Long answer, no. All sales are final and cannot be reversed. You could potentially reach out to the other collector and try to arrange a resale, but that is entirely up to both parties.
Craftibles
What are Craftibles?
Craftibles are a new way to curate your Tibles collection. Now you can acquire new collectibles by combining existing ones.
How does it work?
Crafting lets you transform your collectibles into new, rarer ones. Tibles creates the Craftible recipes and you input items from your collection to receive the new item.
For example (and this is only an example) input 4 base, 3 buttons, 2 patches, and 1 pin to receive a rare gold pin. The resulting Collectible will be unique, with its own Limited Edition serial number. Serial numbers are issued randomly.
Why Craftibles?
Craftibles help create scarcity and demand for the original Collectibles, as the input items are destroyed (or burned) in the crafting process. Crafting is becoming more common for NFTs and has been a part of digital collecting for a long time. Each of our Apps will have its own rules and mechanics for Craftibles, as well as its own theme and style.
How do I transfer an item back to Tibles so that I can craft it?
You can only transfer items back and forth between your Tibles Wallet and your Dapper Wallet from our web apps.
- Sign into the webapp with your Tibles username and password.
- From there (on desktop or other device), search for items in your Dapper Wallet that you might want to transfer by going to your Collection screen and using the sort button near the top right to filter by "In Dapper Wallet."
- Select the item you want to transfer by clicking on it. At bottom left you will see "Check Transfer Availability." Click that and it will give you the option to "Transfer to Tibles."
- Clicking this will launch a Dapper login window. Follow the instructions from there. If you do not see the Dapper popup window, check to make sure that your browser's popup blockers are disabled.
Craftibles FAQ
Where is Crafting? I don't see it. I can't find it. I don't have it. Are they all gone?
Craftibles are located in the Shop at the top header.
My Item has a lock on it or when I select it I get an error message
This means that the item is located in your Dapper Wallet.
How do I transfer the item back to Tibles so that I can craft it?
You can only transfer items back and forth between your Tibles Wallet and your Dapper Wallet from our web app. See above.
What is a recipe for a Craftible?
A recipe is a combination of specific items needed to start a Craftible. A recipe may, and often will, call for duplicates of some items. You can choose which serial numbers you use to fulfill the recipe requirements. You can also auto-fill from your highest prints (your lowest score items).
What is a crafting slot?
You'll have 12 designated crafting slots. If all slots are in use, you will need to wait to complete a craft to craft more items.
What is the timer?
Each Craftible will have a time set for how long it takes to complete crafting.
How many Craftibles are in a set?
The number of Craftibles corresponds to the number of original items in the chapter that is being crafted. So a Chapter with 12 original items will have 12 Craftibles.
Can I cancel a Craftible in progress?
You can cancel a Craftible up until you hit the "Complete" Craftible button after the timer runs out.
How do I complete a Craftible?
Once time is up, complete the Craftible by hitting "Complete." Only then will the item appear in your Collection.
If you don't complete your Craftible after 30 days, Tibles reserves the right to auto complete it for you. In that case the item will be part of your Collection next time you review it.
I made a mistake in my Craftible input selection, how do i fix it?
You can cancel a Craftible up until you decide to hit "Complete" after the timer runs out.
I crafted a Craftibles but I do not see it in my account
You must hit "Complete" in order for the Craftible to appear in your account. If you do not see it then, force quit and check your Collection screen.
When you craft a Craftible, what happens to the ingredient items you used?
- They are transferred to an account called "Destroyer."
- They display as "In Destroy Queue" in the app.
- Periodically, we will destroy all items owned by Destroyer.
- Then they display as "Destroyed" in the app.
What is the utility for the Craftibles (will they give me an edge in challenges etc?)
Craftibles could potentially be used for challenges or even to craft new Craftibles.
Tibles Token
The Tibles token (TIBL) is our native token that you can earn and spend within the Tibles ecosystem. It cannot be bought or sold in any marketplace or exchange. While our intention is to create a blockchain token for TIBL, we make no guarantees as to the timing or mechanics for that launch.
You earn TIBL on each pack purchase and through app events, like trivia. You can also buy and sell digital collectibles with TIBL in the app marketplace found at Trading > Listings.
Blockchain & NFTs
Tibles digital collectibles are stored as NFTs on the Flow blockchain.
When you buy your first items, we create a new Flow blockchain account for you and add a Tibles wallet. This is a custodial account and will be usable for other Tibles projects.
Pack odds & Rarities
What is the difference between Standard and Limited Edition?
Standard Edition (SE) items have no limit on the number of copies that can be created and sold. They are serialized and distributed randomly. Standard Edition items may be 'vaulted' to end a print run, and no further copies will be created. SE items are printed in batches and print numbers are randomly distributed in batches. For example, the first 1000 copies sold get a random number between 1 and 1000, the next thousand get 1001-2000, etc. LE items are printed all at once and print numbers are also distributed randomly.
Limited Edition (LE) items have a fixed, predetermined number that will be created and sold. Each copy is also serialized and distributed randomly. The size of a Limited Edition run will be announced and items will be labeled accordingly, i.e. a #5/1000 or #647/1000.
Collector's Edition (CE) items are usually rarer than LE items both in terms of mint counts and type of content. CE items also have a fixed, predetermined number that will be created and sold. Each copy is also serialized and distributed randomly. The size of a Limited Edition run will be announced and items will be labeled accordingly, i.e. a #5/150 or #60/100.
Events
Events Guidelines
- One account per collector.
- Tibles cannot police a collector's friends, family, or living situations. Collectors are allowed to trade with and gift to any account they want.
- If you suspect a collector is abusing the system, please email us atsupport@tibles.com.
- Accusations brought up in Discord or in-App will not be tolerated. Learn more in our Community Guidelines about expectations for community communication, but in short: Be respectful, be kind, be constructive.
- Please note Tibles' team participation in community discussions is neither an endorsement or condemnation of community interactions/behavior.
Community Guidelines
Tibles Community Guidelines
Chat Guidelines
- No FUD! FUD is defined as anything that may spread Fear, Uncertainty or Doubt throughout the community.
- Positive Vibes Only! "Positive Thought Produces Positive Results" is the way we can ensure a safe collecting environment for all collectors. We have set channels like help / bugs / etc if you need help, but always try and stay positive where you can.
- No posting of inflammatory or negative comments attacking other members of the community, other collectors, or Tibles staff and then removing the posts shortly after. If Tibles staff sees it take place or it is reported with screenshots, we will take disciplinary actions according to the severity of the post.
- It is impossible to ensure that 100% of the people are going to be happy. And that is ok. Don't try to create negativity by discussing / engaging in a way that isn't positive. We don't all have to agree but we can all be positive in the way we communicate. Engaging in a bullying way to get your way isn't going to make it happen any quicker and might result in you being placed in a time out.
- No discussing other non Tibles projects, whether positive or negative except in the 👾|off-topic channels.
- We will delete any comments that have no supporting evidence as factual.
- No asking others to DM you in an attempt to get around the rules.
- No discussion around religion / politics / race / gender or other inflammatory topics.
- No ganging up on users that disagree with your particular point of view.
- No soliciting/marketing in public chat.
- At no point is discussing disciplinary actions taken by the team on concerns raised allowed.
Community Guidelines
With today's real world moving further into a digital world where remote connections are becoming more acceptable and prevalent, it can be difficult to deal with personal impactful situations. Especially since a lot of people are doing things from a profile that doesn't necessarily portray the individual(s) in their true form. You cannot always assign things like gender, age, cultural upbringing, or personal preference from something like an app name, or social profile.
The relatively anonymous nature of the digital sphere creates a situation where a lot of times something that was said in jest or without necessarily ill intent (again this is based on age / gender / cultural upbringing / personal life experience) can be taken completely the wrong way by the person it was said to—what is normal for one might be completely toxic for someone else.
Community Etiquette
- NO posting of any content that is abusive, aggressive, personally insulting, inflammatory, baiting, or threatening.
- NO gloating, boasting, or bragging to belittle, demean, offend, or otherwise unsettle other users for any reason.
- NO doxxing yourself or others.
- NO posting content requesting or providing medical advice or counseling.
- NO attempting to "mini-mod". Respect official moderators.
- NO telling a moderator or Tibles staff member how to moderate.
- NO offering gifts in exchange for moderation.
- NO threatening to report a member ("I'm going to report you") or informing another member they have been reported ("You've just been reported").
- NO discussion of religion/politics.
- NO deliberate bringing the community down with negativity.
- NO spamming any content areas.
- NO begging for any assets or services.
- NO soliciting or advertising for monetary donations or crowdfunding campaigns.
- NO posting content meant to "troll". Accounts made to troll will be closed.
- NO engaging in malicious reporting.
- NO scamming Users. Scamming can result in account actions up to and including permanent account closure.
- NO publicly posting grievances without contacting staff concerning user disputes. Always opt to minimize drama.
- NO making threats against any user including reference to violence or death in any capacity, even in jest. Tibles runs a safe space for collectors to engage as a community.
All community content is permitted or removed at Tibles' discretion. Based on the severity of the incident, an account may be permanently closed. Tibles staff will as best as we can do be reasonable in enforcing these guidelines.
NOTE: There is no preferential treatment given to any issue other than what is stated in the above-mentioned guidelines.
tl;dr
Welcome to the Tibles apps, powered by, ya know, Tibles!
We're all in this together! To prevent total chaos in any of our shiny happy apps, we've set up some rules for everyone in the clerb. The short version:
- Be respectful
- Be kind
- Encourage responsible use of our chats and help keep things fun, not feral
- Support the free flow of ideas and discussion while keeping the space civil, constructive, and creative.
These rules apply to usernames, forum posts, profiles, blurbs, and any other spot where you can drop text, images, or communicate in the Tibles universe.
